I'm Back !

Let's get ready to get after it again this upcoming Barracuda this season. It'll be my seventh season Coaching Foxboro and running the team. I'm more than excited to be back. I've been around the 'Boro my entire life and cannot imagine a summer without spending my time at the pool. Outside of the 'Boro I've spent the last year in Columbia, Missouri studying for my Masters degree at Mizzou. I'm still practicing journalism, but not quite the way I did during my undergrad at West Virginia. I've been covering business and sports with a mix of sports business, for Missouri Business Alert. While I don't know what the future holds after this summer I'm ready to give it my all as we head into the 2025 season. A three-peat is on the line and We're going to win it. To see what Foxboro has become during my time running the team with Francisco, is truly amazing. The community we have built and the foundation for the future couldn't be better. What's up Boro! My name is Isabela Rivera but you can call me coach Isa! I have been swimming on this team for as long as I can remember. I'm a lifeguard here, swim team member, swim lessons and private instructor all for Foxboro. I basically live here all summer! I have been helping the swim team out for awhile but this will be my first year actually coaching! This year I will be a senior at Gahanna Lincoln Highschool where I am a varsity basketball and football cheerleader, varsity lacrosse player, president of Our Minds Matter club, president of Hope Squad, vice president of student council, and take part in many other activities. I am also a co-owner of @thecousincollection on Instagram, Etsy, and Facebook where I sell my jewelry with my cousins. I can't wait to see what we can do this summer! Go barracudas! Hello, I'm Sophia York and I am so excited to be back for my second year coaching! I am a sophomore at Gahanna Lincoln High School and am 16 years old. I learned to swim in the Foxboro pool and have been on the Foxboro team for eleven years. Besides swimming for Foxboro, I am a varsity swimmer on the Gahanna High School team and a level 5 year round club swimmer with the Greater Columbus Swim Team of Ohio. I also work as a lifeguard and swim lessons instructor with GCSTO where I enjoy teaching both swimming basics and stroke technique. Besides swimming, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, playing with my dog, and shopping. I am so excited to be back at Foxboro to defend our championship titles!

Hi everyone! My name is Kendall and I am so excited to be coaching again this year! I am super involved in activities at GLHS such as, a member or orchestra, national honor society historian, captain of the swim team, member of the Chinese national honor society, and a member of the national technical honor society among lots of other extracurriculars and clubs! I love hanging out with my friends, going to concerts, and most of all working with you guys! I plan on being a teacher in the future and one of the main motivators towards that goal has been coaching and helping out with the Foxboro swim team! I can’t wait for a great season and go barracudas!”

Hi, my name is Ben Taylor. I’m excited to be back in the pool with everyone this summer, and especially excited to win our fourth championship in a row! I've been a barracuda for 5 summers and excited to go for another. I am going to be a senior at Gahanna Lincoln high school where I am a varsity swimmer and the swim team captain. I also swim for hydra aquatics year round and am in their senior group. Outside of the pool I like hanging out with my friends, playing sports and just having a good time! I am really excited to see you all in the pool this summer! GO BARRACUDAS!!

Hello Foxboro Barracudas!!!! I will be once again your team rep to the league. This is my fifth year as your rep and 12th year as a Foxboro swim team parent! My role is to represent our team in all matters related to our participation in the Suburban East Swim League, manage registrations and volunteers, run meets, prepare awards for the league, operate the swimtopia website and of course be your number 1 fan!!!
